Description: A one day course interactive course designed to equip AiTs or newly qualified GPs to manage the business aspects of general practice. The day will include: Managing staff and resources delegating responsibility Capacity planning - growth and platform (efficiency) strategies Creating, managing and energising key relationships Lifestyle balance. Please note that participants will be contacted before the event to establish what they wish to cover during the day.
